The Whole Cow: Nose to Tail Dinner
Smith & Wollensky Restaurant will host their second annual nose-to-tail dining event, The Whole Cow, on Wednesday, Nov. 20 from 5:30pm-9:00pm. This one night only experience that is priced at $195 a person and will include a 10-course tasting menu featuring unique steak cuts from every part of the cow, with four drink pairings to match. The Smith & Wollensky culinary team will guide guests on a journey from farm to filet, sharing the tradition and significance of the nose-to-tail movement.
“The mission of this menu is to push our guests’ boundaries just a little, expose them to something they may not have ever tried, and to embrace the many cuts of beef that are available to enjoy,” quoted Chef Matt, The VP of Culinary Development at Smith and Wollensky.
