Ch Thivin 2016 Côte de Brouilly
Ch Thivin 2016 Côte de Brouilly is everything you could want in a Beaujolais cru: fresh vibrant with a slightly floral note; excellent for drinking with food and structured to age well over the next decade. When fermenting, the parcels are separated with shorter and firmer time to make the wine hard, while it ages for 9 months. The alcohol make up is 13.5%. This wine pairs well with entrees such as traditional chicken liver terrine, meat or poultry.
