In 2016-2017, CUI conducted customer service satisfaction surveys with approximately 1,000 corporate clients. CUI garnered an “excellent” rating, from 92-93% of all survey respondents, in the service areas listed below. Results represent 25 million square feet of office space.

Net Promoter Score (NPS) is a standard way of measuring customer loyalty and satisfaction by asking clients one simple question – How likely is it that you would recommend CUI to a friend or colleague?

In 2016-2017, CUI garnered an NPS score of 83. As a measurement comparison, Apple IPad /IPhone scored a 60 and the Waldorf Astoria an 88.
